Prices are for 4 people, from 5 people on is the apartment include.
The maximum occupancy of the property (main house and separate apartment) is 8 people.

From 5 persons, an additional rate rate of 25€ per person/night is charged, in this case the apartment will be included. We also have to charge 85€ per stay for final-cleaning of the main house

and €65 for the apartment (only if it has been used).

In case of booking you will be the only user of the whole property, so you can enjoy your time undisturbed :-)
